Made from hand picked Pozegaca plums indigenous to Serbia. Fruit from a single orchard was fermented in stainless steel tanks with wild yeast. Twice distilled in copper stills in 300 liter batches. Aged in 225 Liter neutral barrels for 5 years. Taste profile is smooth, smoky and full.
