Stefan Nemanja plum brandy is made of prunus (domestica) type of plum which contains the highest percentage of natural sugar and unique aroma. It owes its taste to the Serbian area which is superior to any other area in the world as the quality of plums is concerned. That is due to ideal latitude, sea level and moderate wind. After careful distillation, it is stored in oak barrels for about 5 years until the process of homogeneity and growing old is completed.
