Situated in the heart of the Champagne, 3 miles from Epernay, the magnificent village of Hautvillers dominates its vineyard. About 1861, Dom Perignon, then cellarmaster in the Benedictine abbey of Hautvillers, invented Champagne as we know it today. It is thanks to this important event that Hautvillers became the most renowned village of the region.

30% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, traditional assembly of the 3 Champagne grapes. 30% of the blend 
comes from reserved wine from previous years allowing usto obtain a consistent style and bouquet, and to maintain the highest quality. It spends at least 2 years maturing  in our cellars.
